Our diagnostic service is designed to identify the fault and determine the appropriate repair or replacement requirements for your device.

  • Detailed PDF diagnostic report

    You receive a PDF report outlining our findings.

  • Quotation for repairs or parts

    Following diagnostics, we provide a quotation for the required repairs or replacement parts.

The R399 fee covers diagnostics and the fault report only. Any additional repair work or parts are quoted separately and must be approved by you before we proceed. While we investigate every device thoroughly, not every fault can be diagnosed or repaired successfully.
