How long do repairs take?

Most common repairs are completed within 1–2 business days, depending on the device, fault, and parts availability. Screen and battery replacements can often be completed the same day if parts are in stock. We'll provide you with an estimated turnaround time after diagnosing your device.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Yes. We provide a warranty on all eligible repairs and replacement parts. Most replacement parts include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty terms may vary depending on the repair and do not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or physical misuse.

Do I need to book an appointment?

No appointment is necessary. Simply bring your laptop, desktop PC, MacBook, gaming console, or cellphone to our Cape Town repair shop during business hours. You can also contact us beforehand if you'd like to check stock availability or discuss your repair.

Do you repair all major brands?

Yes. We repair a wide range of brands, including Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, MSI, Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, and many others. Our technicians perform diagnostics, hardware repairs, upgrades, board-level repairs, and data recovery for both consumer and business devices.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and cash payments. For added convenience, we also offer flexible payment solutions through PayJustNow, Float, and Stitch, allowing eligible customers to spread the cost of their purchase over up to 6 interest-free instalments (subject to provider approval and terms).

Are your replacement parts original?

For laptops, we use original replacement parts, including batteries, chargers, DC jacks, keyboards, cooling fans, and other internal components. These parts are sourced directly from our trusted suppliers, are brand new and sealed, and are backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

For Cellphones, we use premium A-Grade quality replacement parts that have been thoroughly tested and quality-checked across multiple devices to ensure excellent performance, reliability, and compatibility. These parts are carefully selected to meet our high standards and are backed by our supplier's warranty.

If a repair requires an alternative part due to manufacturer availability, we will always discuss the available options with you before proceeding.
