Q: What Payment Methods do you accept?
A: We currently only accept Bank Deposits (EFT's)
Q: Can I collect my order from your premises?
A: We are an online store only; however, we do allow collections that are pre-arranged before an order is placed.
Q: Can you match competitor pricing?
A: We can try to, but we genuinely aim to offer the best possible pricing on our website.
Q: How much is shipping?
A: We charge a flat rate of R140 with the Courier Guy/RAM. In addition to this, we can assist in arranging Express Overnight shopping, should the parcel be needed quicker. This will result in a higher shipping fee dependent on your location.
Q: Does shipping include insurance?
No, we advise you to notify us when courier insurance on goods is required. The customer is solely responsible for the excess amount due & to let us know accordingly. Should the package/item be damaged or lost in transit, Tech Shinobi (Pty) Ltd is not responsible nor liable thereof.
