How to Order?

The steps of the ordering process are:

1.You place your order online.
2.We do a stock check and update the availability. You’ll receive this from the ordering system via email, including our banking details.
3.You proceed to make payment.
4.Your order will be dispatched once payment has been confirmed by our bankers. 5.You will receive an email with your shipment’s waybill number for tracking purposes. Alternatively we will update you to let you know that your order is ready for collection, should you have chosen this option

*We do not accept credit/debit card payments on web orders. You are welcome to pay via an EFT.

Our preferred couriers are RAM & The Courier Guy

Within Cape Town: 1 – 3 Working Days 

Outside Cape Town: 2 – 7 Working Days

*Please add one extra working day to the above for any unforeseen circumstances.

Any orders processed after 12:00 are allocated to the next working day & therefore, will only go out with the courier company thereafter.
